Flash Honing His Powers.

Flash isn't as powerful as you think. He can let out a lot of energy at once but doesn't know how to control it. Right now, he's in a field, trying to control his power. Making sure he doesn't hurt the people he loves...

I used 's Flash character. I cut the arm off and made it longer. I cut the eye off and moved it more in to have it look like he's looking at the energy. I added the Lighting Effects filter to him so light is coming from the energy. I flipped his smile upside down and removed the tooth. After adjusting the character and modifying it some, I started working on the energy. I won't go in detail about the energy as it was very complex. After making the energy, I added grass to the bottom of the picture and proceeded to add lighting effects where necessary.
